How long does it take to deliver an order?

We process orders within 24 hours and standard delivery time is 2-14 business days depending on the carrier and your location.

Is it possible to return the goods if I am not satisfied with them?

Yes, you can return the goods within 60 days of delivery without giving a reason. The product must be undamaged and in its original packaging. Just contact us and we will advise you on the next steps.

Do you also offer installation of lamps?

We currently do not provide assembly services. However, we recommend using the services of a professional electrician to ensure proper and safe installation of the lighting.

How can I track the status of my order?

After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with a link to track your shipment, where you can check the current status at any time.

Can I change my order after it has been shipped?

If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn't been sent yet, we'll be happy to help you edit it.

Is it possible to order products in larger quantities with a discount?

Yes, we offer discounts for larger orders. Please contact us with details and we will be happy to prepare an individual offer.

What are the payment options?

We offer payment by card, bank transfer and cash on delivery. All payment data is securely processed through STRIPE's verified payment gateways.

Does the lighting come with light bulbs?

Some products come with bulbs, some don't. Information on whether the product contains light bulbs can be found in the product description.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?

If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment and attach photos of the damage. We will exchange the product or give you a refund.
